Through thousands of seemingly insignificant interactions, teams unknowingly create environments that are either cohesive or adversarial.  In a recent Gallup poll, nearly 70% of employees admitted they are disengaged from work or actively undermining the efforts of others and managers spend between 30-50% of their time grappling with the fallout of mistrust and lack of cohesiveness.  Gallup estimates this is costing US organizations 34¢ on the dollar.  Fortunately, organizations can reverse these discouraging trends.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host a full-day workshop, facilitated by Anna Maravelas of Thera Rising: “Self Defeating Habits of Otherwise Brilliant People®: Preventing and Reversing Workplace Tension and Mistrust.”  The workshop will be held December 6 in Bloomington.
