The Performance Excellence Network, Twin Ports, is pleased to welcome Meg Sworsky, Assistant Vice President of Organization Development from maurices, to our Oct 19 Twin Ports breakfast discussion: “Creating a Culture of Learning at maurices.”

Meg, and some of her colleagues, will outline several methods they are using to create a culture of learning, including an emerging leaders program, a mid-level leadership learning cohort, maurices University, an enterprise leadership initiative, and an associate engagement process.  Come learn how maurices has created a culture of learning and has increased their levels of employee engagement.
