The amount of change we’ve all had to navigate the last few years is significant: we’ve changed work environments and work structures; we’ve changed products and service offerings; we’ve changed communication methods; we’ve redesigned supply chains.  In some sectors and industries, entire business models have changed. While the pace of change may have stabilized a little, the next few years promises more of the same.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host an IN PERSON discussion on Wednesday, Oct 2 in the Twin Ports: “Managing Change, Navigating Forward.”  The discussion will start with 2-3 speakers, each offering some insights on how their organizations are managing change, followed by participants sharing their best practices in managing change.

The speakers are:

  • Bre Graber, St. Louis County
  • John Brennan, AMSOIL
  • Roberta Maughan and Gundars Stumbris, Essentia Health

This session is Wednesday, Oct 2 from 7:30-9:00 AM at St. Louis County (location details provided in reminder email). Arrive, network, mingle (yes, you asked for it — you have in person networking!) from 7:30-8:00 (light snacks provided); discussion 8:00-9:00.  Free for PEN members; $20 for non-members.
