The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Michelle Priggen, Director of Special Projects, and Kyle Mullen, Chief Program Officer, of Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd., to our February 9 Rochester PEN breakfast discussion: “Maintaining Customer Relationships.”

 

Located in Rochester, Cardinal of Minnesota provides long-term services and support for people with a variety of disabilities.  Cardinal’s vision is to delight customers by providing innovative, quality services through a continuous focus on excellence.  Cardinal’s customers are their clients, their families & guardians, and county case managers.  They interact with customers literally every day for years, even decades!  So it is imperative that they maintain valuable and meaningful relationships with  customers in order to remain successful.  Overall, Cardinal’s customers are 93% likely to recommend the company to others; 94% have a positive evaluation of Cardinal; and 94% believe Cardinal’s quality meets their needs.

 

Michelle and Kyle will discuss some of the approaches Cardinal has made systematic in order to delight our customers every day!​

 

The discussion is February 9 at Woodlake Meeting Center, Rochester MN (details provided after registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:15 to 7:45 with announcements at 7:45 and the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am.
