The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Juli Lattner, Sr. HR Advisor, and Bre Graber, Budget & Business Improvement Manager, both from St. Louis County, to our February 15 TPPEN breakfast discussion: ” Championing Improvement at St. Louis County.”

Juli and Bre will talk about the County’s Continuous Improvement (CI) Program, and how the County’s CI Champions have brought together cross-functional teams to address pain points within the organization.  Learn how the organization is using CI tools to improve performance and see what approach might work in your organization.

The discussion is at the St. Louis County Government Center, downtown Duluth (details provided at registration).  Networking is from 7:00 to 7:30 with the discussion from 7:30 to 8:30.  No cost for members; $20 for non-members.
