We always hear that “without leadership commitment, a performance excellence initiative is bound to fail…” and all leaders would (or should) agree.
The Performance Excellence Network, Twin Cities Region, is pleased to announce a special workshop ” Your Leadership System: A Key to Leading a Sustainable Organization” September 4 at MCTC in Minneapolis. The discussion will be facilitated by Paul Grizzell, President and Baldrige Coach at Core Values Partners.

This presentation will use Baldrige Item 1.1, Senior Leadership, to help identify those areas that will help leaders ensure that they are focused on driving sustainable performance excellence. Participants will explore the role of leadership in achieving performance excellence – and the leadership best practices of organizations using Baldrige to achieve high levels of performance.

This discussion will help leaders focus, align, and accelerate the effectiveness of their senior leader team. By formalizing an organization’s leadership system, an increased standardization of leadership expectations will help formalize senior leader evaluation, succession planning, development of all leaders, and career progression. The discussion will be applicable to any industry (manufacturing, service, small business, health care, non-profit, or education) and will also be helpful for organizations using – and not using – Baldrige as a framework for excellence.
