We are all being asked to do more with less. St. Luke’s Advanced Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center (in partnership with Healogics) is doing the opposite. As the recent winner of Center of Distinction, President’s Circle and Center of the Year awards is proving that their model of patient care utilizing a larger team can produce outstanding results.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Tania McVean, Director at St. Luke’s, to our May 15 TPPEN breakfast featuring a discussion on: “When More is More: Achieving Outstanding Results with a Larger Team.”
Moving into only its third year St. Luke’s Advanced Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center has doubled its staff and tripled its volume and moved from red to black financially. Tania will explain the Center’s patient care model, medical surveillance review, and education processes that have helped achieve results that include a 96% heal rate and 95% patient satisfaction score.
The discussion will be hosted by St. Luke’s (3 Center Conference room A; details after registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 7:30 with the discussion from 7:30 to 8:30 am. No cost for members; $20 for non-members.
