Every organization needs to know where it came from, where it’s going, what it’s doing, why it matters, and why each individual is invested in it. Whether your organization is a non-profit, a startup or an established firm with decades of history, you need to know your stories, how to tell them to different audiences, and how to use them to influence, generate data, and create the actions you want.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Laura Packer, performer, coach, consultant, and the author, to our December 5 Minneapolis PEN breakfast & livestream discussion: “What’s Your Story? Introduction to the Five Critical Organizational Stories.”

This discussion will introduce you to the five critical organizational stories — the core stories you need to know to be more effective at professional and personal communication.  We will explore each type of story, how and when you might use it, how they might change for different audiences, and how understanding these stories  is part of the path to excellence.  You will leave with the tools you need to develop your own five critical stories.

The discussion is Dec 5 at Minneapolis Community and Technical College, downtown Minneapolis, downtown Minneapolis: T Building, 1415 Hennepin Ave. in Minneapolis (room T-1400); details provided in confirmation after registration.  Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am.  No cost for PEN members; $30 for non-member guests.

The discussion will also be made available to view through Facebook livestream (free for all PEN members) and/or video-on-demand ($20 members, $40 non-members; free for Premium/Sponsoring members).
