NEW DATE DUE TO WEATHER!
As leaders, as professionals, as human beings, all of us have strengths — innate skills, competencies, and tenancies that can help us develop and successfully lead in our organizations. Each person’s “SuperPowers” are different and need to be defined so they can be maximized. The success and growth of any organization is highly dependent on the quality of the leadership within the organization, so identifying and maximizing those SuperPowers within each of us not only makes us more successful as individuals, but our organizations more successful.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Jaime Taets, CEO of Keystone Group International, to our March 13 St. Paul PEN breakfast discussion: “What Are Your Leadership Superpowers?” This is the same discussion originally scheduled Feb 7, but postponed due to weather.
Jaime will lead an energizing discussion that focuses on:
- Creating a deeper understanding of your personal leadership strengths.
- Defining your purpose and your “why” so you can understand the impact this can have on your team’s engagement and performance.
- Understanding what accountability and trust really are and how to build a culture of both to drive high performance in your teams.
- Developing an awareness of the key factors that drive high performance to ensure you are taking all components into account as you develop and manage your teams.
Don’t miss this stimulating conversation!
The discussion is at Metro State University in the Student Center (details provided at registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am. No cost for members; $30 for non-members.
The discussion will also be made available to view through Facebook livestream (free for all PEN members) and/or video-on-demand ($20 members, $40 non-members; free for Premium/Sponsoring members).
