Note our new St. Paul location: Metropolitan State University!!
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Bette Braem of Be the Match (National Marrow Donor Program), to our September 9 St. Paul PEN breakfast: “Vision into Action: Developing & Managing a Balanced Scorecard at Be The Match.” This is an encore presentation to a 2012 talk, in which Bette shared how Be the Match developed and managed their award winning Balanced Scorecard to work towards their goal of delivering more than 10,000 transplants per year.
All organizations that make strategy development a priority can learn from Be the Match’s journey. With a goal of better integrating strategic metrics with an existing strategic business plan, senior leaders chose the Balanced Scorecard as their approach, because it includes building a strategy map, develops objectives and measures, and uses the concept of cascading strategic objectives from corporate to department to individual levels. Discover the successes and challenges of their use of the scorecard and how it has moved them closer to reaching their goal.
Join Bette on September 9th at our new location at Metropolitan State University in the Ecolab Room in the Library (details provided at registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am. To register, contact Brian Lassiter at [email protected].
Livestreaming will also be made available, now as a member service/benefit; details will be announced by the end of this month; email Brian to save a spot.
