Learning about Lean strategies was the easy part.  SUSTAINING a Lean mindset is a tad more challenging!
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Kathlynn McConnell, Director of Learning & Development at Members Cooperative Credit Union (MCCU) to our March 15 TPPEN breakfast discussion: “Using Lean at Members Credit Union.”

Kathlynn will impart lessons learned from MCCU’s initial introduction to Lean concepts and describe how they are currently partnering with department managers to more fully engage with Lean tools for a more sustainable practice of continuous improvement.

The discussion will be hosted by UMD’s Center for Economic Development (CED) — details provided at registration.  Networking is from 7:00 to 7:30 with the discussion from 7:30 to 8:30.  No cost for members; $20 for non-members.
