The Twin Ports Performance Excellence Network is pleased to announce a special full-day conference Friday, August 14 in Duluth, focused on best practices innovation and problem solving.  The conference will be hosted by Lake Superior College.

The event will feature internationally-known and Israeli-based Systematic Inventive Thinking(SIT), with a thought-provoking keynote “Thinking Inside the Box.”  SIT’s methods and tools are designed to help organizations innovate using the components within their system — the resources, assets they already have inside their organization to solve problems and create new value.

The conference will also feature eight local and regional organizations, each sharing how they innovate — how they solve problems, create meaningful change, and increase the value they bring to their customers and stakeholders.  Speakers include Cirrus AircraftEssentia HealthHennepin CountyMayo Clinic (invited), PhrazerProduct Development & Management Association (PDMA)St. Louis County, and UMD.
