Anyone can develop a plan that will drive results. All you need is the right process.
Many a plan has been created and put in a drawer and ignored, or has not been fully implemented. Some plans are unrealistic – too big or too hard to understand; short on details and insight; or maybe are just plain half-baked. Then there are the ones that lack implementation funding, which causes a disconnect between the plan and the implementation and results in the whole thing to falter or grind to a halt.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Don Horst, a senior Executive Level Consultant, to our June 13 St. Paul PEN breakfast discussion: “The Secret to Successful Planning.”
Don will share an easy-to-understand and use process to create an effective start-to-finish plan for any type of organization and at any level in the organization, whether it’s corporate, division, department or personal. In addition, Don will share how the Continuous Results reporting step of the planning process provides a way to manage the implementation and keep all groups informed of the plan progress.
The discussion is at Metro State University in the Student Center (details provided at registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:30 am. No cost for members; $30 for non-members.
Livestreaming (free) and video-on-demand ($20 for members) are now also available (discounted annual subscriptions are available and Premium/Sponsoring Members are free).
