Improving is a challenge when you don’t measure. Effective, data-based decisions are essential in today’s fast-paced environment. Measuring performance to key objectives requires selecting, collecting and using the right data to make effective decisions.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host Teresa Riffel, Vice President of Quality at Cirrus Aircraft, to our June 20 TPPEN breakfast discussion: “The Power of Observation: Making Data-Based Decisions.”
What is the difference between data and information? How important is observation to understanding and collecting the right data? Teresa will share how Cirrus collects data, measures performance, and makes decisions to move the company forward towards its strategic objectives.
The discussion will be hosted by AMSOIL (details after registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 7:30 with the discussion from 7:30 to 8:30 am. No cost for members; $20 for non-members. An optional tour of AMSOIL from 8:30-9:15.
