Developed by the Institute of Cultural Affairs, the ToP® Focused Conversation Method engages people in a shared perspective to achieve positive outcomes, even when they don’t see eye to eye.  This fundamental method is used in a variety of settings, from business problem solving and innovation to community engagement and conflict negotiation.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Irina Fursman, CEO of HueLife, to our March 14 St. Paul PEN breakfast discussion: “The Focused Conversation: A Method for Making Meaningful Connections.”

In this interactive presentation, Irina will share a brief overview of the Focused Conversation Method and how to apply it to quickly establish meaningful connections – something that is especially needed in this era of deepening polarization.

The discussion is at Metro State University in the Student Center (details provided at registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:30 am. No cost for members; $30 for non-members.

Livestreaming (free) and video-on-demand ($20 for members) are now also available (discounted annual subscriptions are available and Premium/Sponsoring Members are free).
