Preface: reflecting our desire to return to in-person events — and PEN’s vision of transitioning to a hybrid format that rotates the in-person host location — our March 24 discussion will serve as a pilot, with a small in-person audience in the Twin Cities and the majority of attendees participating online throughout our four-state region.
For those online, we’re working to provide a similar experience to what you’ve come to expect the last couple of years — high quality content delivered in an efficient, convenient, accessible and interactive format. For those participating in-person, our audience will be extremely limited (20 people for this first session), so first-registered-first-served! And we will be abiding by the COVID protocols described below.
We appreciate our members’ understanding, support, and flexibility through these last two years, and we look forward to learning along side you all as to what provides “the best of both worlds” with future hybrid events.
Given today’s continuously changing environment, we’re all frequently asked to navigate crossroads, making decisions that impact ourselves, our teams, and our organizations. Knowing we need something bigger than ourselves, we use our influence, hard-won wisdom, and power to help others create a path of success forward. But there are also tools to help us better navigate continuous change as a team.
The Performance Excellence Network — in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence — is pleased to host a hybrid discussion on Thursday, March 24: “The Five Questions: Why is it Wise to Lead to the Whys.” We are excited to feature Deena Ebbert (aka “Propellergirl“) as facilitator for this high energy, highly interactive conversation. Deena is also plenary keynote of PENworks 2022 so come and get a preview of her powerful remarks!
Deena will explore the power of asking The Five Questions (Where, What, When, Who, and How) that lead to the WHY of loving what we do, and ways to bring the feeling of “I Love My Job!” to work every day. Her simple approach will help us all make better decisions, navigate change, and increase engagement in our work — characteristics that can help us as leaders and professionals in any setting.
