Our personal and professional lives are intertwined. Stress can significantly impact our ability to make strategic decisions at work and thoughtful decisions about our health and wellbeing. Being able to manage your stress sometimes is the difference between success and failure, both in our professional and personal lives.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Brianna Harrington, the founder of Seek United (an organization dedicated to helping people thrive), to our November 13 St. Paul PEN breakfast & livestream discussion: “Stress Resiliency.”
Brianna will share techniques to manage and reduce stress that all of us can use! She will explore the role that “hyper-consumption” is having on us all, and the role that organizations need to have to help their employees reduce stress and achieve their best outcomes. Increase your capacity to effortlessly deal with high-stress situations and reduce the long-term health impacts of prolonged stress on the body by learning how to make small changes in your daily habits.
For some “teaser” insights from Bri, listen to her recent podcast here.
