The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host a special Rochester breakfast discussion February 12th: “Sharing Insights & Best Practices: Improvement “Speed Learning!”

For this discussion, there is no official speaker, but we’ll learn from each other! You’ll participate in three small group discussions, sharing ideas, information, and best practices that will give you insights on how to improve your organization’s performance. The topics this session will be “Staffing Stressers” Every organization at one time or another deals with staffing stressers. Learn from one another as we talk and share best practices on meeting staffing needs, hiring the right people, trainings, mentoring and having those crucial conversations. Discussions will have “thought starter” questions and will be facilitated, but will be informal and designed for maximum sharing!

So come learn from other leaders and professionals in the community and start your 2019 off with new energy, new insights!

Continental breakfast will be served from 7:15 to 7:45 with announcements at 7:45 and the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am.  No cost for members; $30 for non-members.
