When it comes to organizational improvement, why reinvent the wheel?! Sometimes the best insights come from your peers — in learning from others’ experiences, successes and failures, knowledge, and best practices.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host a special TPPEN breakfast discussion Jan 16: “Sharing Insights & Best Practices: Improvement “Speed Dating!”
For this discussion, there is no official speaker, but we’ll learn from each other! You’ll participate in three small group discussions, sharing ideas, information, and best practices that will give you insights on how to improve your organization’s performance. The topics will be determined in advance (for those that register, look for a quick 60-second survey to help us build the agenda of topics!) — topics will likely include insights into improving leadership effectiveness, team and workforce engagement, customer service & relationships, process/operational improvement, and perhaps others. Discussions will have “thought starter” questions and will be facilitated, but will be informal and designed for maximum sharing!
So come learn from other leaders and professionals in the community and start your 2019 off with new energy, new insights!
The discussion will be hosted in the Government Services Center, St. Louis River Room at St. Louis County (details after registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 7:30 with the discussion from 7:30 to 8:30 am. No cost for members; $20 for non-members.
