Good leadership matters – it’s the foundation for high performing organizations; it’s critical to successful communities; it’s important for families, projects, and even sports teams. But yet becoming and remaining a good leader is hard work.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host a unique breakfast discussion Feb 17 that features a pre-recorded video from a 2015 Minneapolis breakfast discussion: “Seven Fs of Good Leadership: Live with Less Stress and Lead with Less Fear.” The original discussion was facilitated by Paul Batz, founder & president of Good Leadership Enterprises. PEN is now livestreaming and recording all breakfasts in the Twin Cities and Rochester and will eventually in the Twin Ports.
Paul will share how good leaders are magnetic to the best customers and attractive to the best talent because they accept personal responsibility to radiate goodness. Paul will also deliver an interactive assessment with the Seven Fs Wheel© and strategies to leverage your Personal Leadership. TPPEN committee members will then facilitate a structured dialogue with local leaders to explore the insights from the discussion and translate ideas into practice.
The discussion will be hosted at a central location in Duluth (TBD). Continental breakfast and networking 7:00 to 7:30 with the video presentation from 7:30 to 8:30 am. To register, contact Brian Lassiter at [email protected].
