Although most organizations want to improve — want to have engaged employees, satisfied customers, and profitable growth — many organizations are organized in ways that actually distract them from engaging employees, satisfying customers, and achieving profitable growth.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Bill Boyt, Business Excellence Consultant from Cargill (retired), to our December 3 Minneapolis breakfast discussion: “Setting Your Organization Up for Success.” With 35 years’ experience at Cargill and 16 years as a Baldrige Examiner, Bill has deep experience helping businesses improve performance through practical application of the Baldrige concepts. Bill will share a proven, practical approach to improving performance in those areas most critical to your organizations success.
To mentally prepare for this discussion, please come with two or three things that your organization wants to do well and an understanding of why customers/clients buy your products or use your services. Bill will help attendees gain a solid foundation in how to align your organization (or department or team) around its desired key outcomes.
The discussion is at Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC), downtown Minneapolis, in room L3000 (details provided after registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am. To register, contact Brian Lassiter at [email protected].
Livestreaming and video-on-demand are now also available (with member/non-member rates). Please contact [email protected] for more information and for the link to register.
