What would you do with an extra $22,000 worth of time for each member of your team?
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Lynne Hamre, Dean of the School of Business & Technology at The College of St. Scholastica, to our January 20 Twin Ports breakfast discussion: “SEAM: A Different Way to Lead.”
Dr. Hamre will facilitate a discussion on SEAM, the Socio-Economic Approach to Management. SEAM is based on the principle that people make organizations work, and that too often, decisions are made solely on economic factors. This session will provide an overview of SEAM and will explore how it might be used in your workplace.
The discussion is at St. Scholastic (details upon registration). Continental breakfast and networking 7:00 to 7:30 with the presentation from 7:30 to 8:30 am. To register, contact Brian Lassiter at [email protected].
