Learn how to put yourself among those elite innovators and entrepreneurs who produce world class results.
Every one of us is a born innovator. We each have the innate ability to invent and discover and create positive change. Unfortunately, most of us have forgotten how to effectively tap into our genius, and most organizations are terrible at bringing it out of us. Being innovative is less about learning new skills, than it is about getting out of our own way. Groundbreaking new research has revealed how we can rediscover the mindset of an innovator and use it to create tremendous value, in our ventures, our organizations and our lives.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Dennis Stauffer, co-creator of Innovator Mindset and an Emmy-award winning journalist, to our May 4 PEN breakfast: “(Re)Discovering Genius, in Yourself and Your Organization.”
In the discussion, you will learn:
- to recognize the tendencies that interfere with your capacity to innovate,
- how to shift back to the innovator mindset that you were born with and recapture your natural genius, and
- how to create dramatic new value in your projects and ventures.
The content is based on rigorous peer-reviewed scientific research and insights gained with the help of the Kauffman Foundation for entrepreneurship and the National Science Foundation. Dennis will share a powerful assessment he has created to help individuals and organizations improve their innovative mindset.
The discussion is May 4 Minneapolis Community and Technical College, downtown Minneapolis, in room L3000 (details provided after registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am. To register, contact Brian Lassiter at [email protected].
Livestreaming and video-on-demand are now also available ($20 member, $40 non-member; free for Premium/Sponsoring Members). Please contact [email protected] for more information and for the link to register for livestream or on demand.
