We often hear, “I’ve done the DISC.”  But the question is — how are you using it now?  If you have done the DISC and it’s sitting in your desk or filed away somewhere, come hear why it might be worth dusting off.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Michael and Nicole Karnowski of Metamorphosis Coaching, Consulting, and Training, to our Oct 23 TPPEN breakfast: ““(Re)DISCover How a Simple Assessment Can Improve Your Processes & Make Your People More Productive.”  The discussion will be hosted by AMSOIL in Superior.  Note this is the fourth Wednesday of the month, not third due to MEA.

If you have never done the DISC assessment, come to learn some basics about why this simple assessment can help you with your people, processes, and production.  And if you have, revisit the tool to maximize how it’s used to enhance personal and team effectiveness.  Michael and Nicole will share results from organizations they work with who use this and how it can help your teams reach high performance.

The discussion will be hosted by AMSOIL.  Continental breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 7:30 with the discussion from 7:30 to 8:30 am. No cost for members; $20 for non-members.
