Countless organizations are trying to connect with customers, improve their work, engage their employees, produce better results, and plan for the future.  But often their efforts are not aligned with the organization’s mission, strategic priorities, or core competencies, and therefore might miss the mark.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Michael Garner, president of Momentum, to our March 7 Rochester PEN breakfast discussion: “Quality Improvement Thinking: Performance Excellence Concepts.”

This session will provide an introductory overview of how the Baldrige Framework aligns with the needs of any organization to focus improvement efforts in the areas of people, priorities, process, and performance.  The session will include interactive learning, and will be presented from the perspective of an experienced Baldrige user (Michael has nearly 10 years’ experience with Baldrige as a PEN Evaluator, trainer and practitioner).  Participants will learn how Baldrige, at its core, is focused on bringing value to people and results for organizations.
The discussion is March 7at Woodlake Meeting Center, Rochester MN (details provided after registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:15 to 7:45 with announcements at 7:45 and the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am.
