Note that November 16 now features the speaker in person, not by video!

With so many processes to improve and such limited resource, how do you prioritize and focus on the “right things” to maximize impact?  An organization that is successful in generating ideas for continuous improvement projects needs to have a method for prioritizing its work.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Dave Brucks, former Executive Director of Functional Excellence at Seagate Technology (Bloomington, MN), to our November 16 breakfast discussion: “Prioritizing and Managing Improvement Projects.”

Dave will share the method that has been successfully used to prioritize improvement projects at Seagate Technology.  The method helps align the work of the organization to its mission and goals and provides clear direction to employees in setting their work priorities.  Management of these projects can be used to help develop future leaders for your organization.

The discussion is at St. Louis County’s Government Service Center in the St. Louis River Room.  Networking is from 7:00 to 7:30 with the discussion from 7:30 to 8:30.  No cost for members; $20 for non-members.
