An organization that is successful in generating ideas for continuous improvement projects needs to have a method for prioritizing the work.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Dave Brucks, Executive Director of Functional Excellence at Seagate Technology, to our August 6 breakfast discussion: “Prioritizing and Managing Improvement Projects.”

Dave will share the method that has been successfully used to prioritize improvement projects at Seagate Technology.  The method helps align the work of the organization to its mission and goals and provides clear direction to employees in setting their work priorities.  Management of these projects can be used to help develop future leaders for your organization.

The discussion is at Minneapolis Community and Technical College in room L3000.  Networking is from 7:30 to 8:00 with the discussion from 8:00 to 9:00.  No cost for members; $30 for non-members.

The session will also be offered livestream to all PEN members (as well as video on demand after the event).

To register, please contact brian.lassiter@performanceexcellencenetwork.org and indicate if you’ll be attending in person or if you’re viewing livestream remotely.
