Eureka! You have coached and mentored your team to improve a key process. The team is excited to deploy the process and to make the improvement. Three months later you go back to review and measure the success of the process, only to find out the team is not using the process as designed. Heard that story before?! What happened?
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Carmen Collier, Lean Innovation Champion and the Business Service Group Lean team from Mortenson Construction, to our June 6 Minneapolis PEN breakfast discussion: “Sustaining your Processes and Preventing Them from Turning Back into Chaos.”
Carmen will share some tips and tricks on how to best manage and sustain your processes for long term results. In an interactive discussion, we’ll explore the toolset, skillset, and mindset your teams need to sustain process performance. This discussion will focus on empowering your teams and modeling the behaviors needed to create a robust process management culture.
The discussion is June 6 at Minneapolis Community and Technical College, downtown Minneapolis, downtown Minneapolis: T Building, 1415 Hennepin Ave. in Minneapolis (room T-1400); details provided in confirmation after registration. Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am. No cost for PEN members; $30 for non-member guests.
The discussion will also be made available to view through Facebook livestream (free for all PEN members) and/or video-on-demand ($20 members, $40 non-members; free for Premium/Sponsoring members).
