The Vision SF50 will be the first certified turbojet powered aircraft produced by Cirrus Aircraft.  This program has become the most complicated program in Cirrus’ 30-year history and is very close to nearing full rate production.

The Performance Excellence Network, Twin Ports, is pleased to welcome Chris Mitchell, Executive Director and SF50 Program Manager at Cirrus Aircraft, to our September 16 breakfast discussion: “Managing Complex Programs: The Cirrus Vision SF50 Jet Project.”

Cirrus will provide a look into the program’s structure and some of the project management processes used to break complexity down into manageable deliverables and controls – insights that can translate to any type of project.  Following the presentation, Cirrus will provide a facility tour to witness some of the activities in action.
