The amount of change we’ve all had to navigate the last few years is significant: we’ve changed work environments and work structures; we’ve changed products and service offerings; we’ve changed communication methods; we’ve redesigned supply chains. In some sectors and industries, entire business models have changed. While the pace of change may have stabilized a little, the next few years promises more of the same. And while there have been tools and models for managing change for decades, leaders have discovered emerging best practices on how to successfully manage today’s levels of change.
The Performance Excellence Network – in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence and the Iowa Quality Center – is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, July 25: “Managing Change, Navigating Forward.”
The discussion will feature two speakers, both exploring different approach(es) and offering different insights and best practices to help leaders and professionals manage change within their organizations and teams:
- Dan Maus, Continuous Improvement Consultant, General Mills
- Tonia Whitney, Past President, MN Change Management Network and Organizational Change Readiness Leader, Engaging for Change
Both speakers will share a brief presentation on how they systematically manage change, followed by Q&A and discussion. Come explore insights on how to better navigate change within your team and organization.
This session is Thursday, July 25 from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional speed networking and mingling 7:45-8:00), using Zoom MEETING. Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion. Free for PEN/WCPE/IQC members; $20 for non-members.
