In today’s’ world, it’s not enough to just perform well — organizations must survive an ever-increasing number of disruptions, shifting and adjusting rapidly.  COVID taught us that resilience is more than responding to disruptions with agility: we need to be proactive to be resilient — but how do we do this?

The Performance Excellence Network — in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence and the Iowa Quality Center — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, May 16: “Making Resilience a Strategic Advantage.”  The discussion will be facilitated by Dr. JoAnn Sternke, owner of Leader Excellence LLC and former Superintendent of Pewaukee Schools, winner of the 2013 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

In this webinar, we will learn:

* a new, expanded definition of resilience

* key critical actions to build organizational resilience

And you’ll leave with a simple plan to move forward and build resilience!  This will be a dynamic and thought-provoking discussion, equipping you with a few tangible actions you can take to make your team, your organization more resilient!

This session is Thursday, May 16 from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional networking and mingling 7:45-8:00) using Zoom MEETING. Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion. Free for PEN/WCPE/IQC members; $20 for non-members.

Can’t make it live but interested in the content? Register anyway: all registered attendees get a link to the recording after the session!
