Whether it is called “Continuous Improvement,” “Lean Six Sigma,” or “Enterprise Excellence,” Ecolab has used a strategic, structured, common approach to improving organizational performance since 2006. Throughout this time, the need for learning – developing the know-what, know-how, and know-why required to improve and change – has grown in scope and complexity.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Mike Kenfield, Director and MBB, Ecolab Enterprise Excellence, and Christine Moore, Principal of Arthur Maxwell, to our September 6 Minneapolis PEN breakfast discussion: “What We’re Learning About Learning for Improvement.”
This session will show some of the most significant improvements that Ecolab has made in their learning strategies and tactics, why they made them, how they are working, and what they have learned about learning. This session will also preview new strategies and tactics that Ecolab is developing to provide the right learning at the right time, right place, and right ways for their growing and increasingly global and diverse workforce. Mike and Christine will share their story with the PEN community to stimulate your thinking, accelerate your learning, and to get your feedback to help them improve and accelerate their own learning about learning!
The discussion is Sept 6 at Minneapolis Community and Technical College, downtown Minneapolis, in room L3000 (details provided after registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am. No cost for PEN members; $30 for non-member guests.
The discussion will also be made available to view through Facebook livestream (free for all PEN members) and/or video-on-demand ($20 members, $40 non-members; free for Premium/Sponsoring members).
