For the last four years, the Performance Excellence Network and the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence have co-hosted a unique leadership development program called “Leading Excellence & Achievement Program” (or LEAP). This is a unique cohort-based offering that takes learning and benchmarking to a new level with access to — and interaction with — other successful senior leaders, each sharing insights on how to design and lead a journey to excellence using the Baldrige Framework.
The Performance Excellence Network — in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence and the Iowa Quality Center and in collaboration with the Greater Rochester Quality Council — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, May 15: “Leading Excellence & Achievement: Insights from LEAP Participants.” The discussion will feature a panel of leaders from different types of organizations, each sharing their insights and experiences from LEAP — concepts that translate to other organizations:
- Joyce Gustafson, Quality Manager, Rust-Oleum Corporation
- Chris Schultz, Chief Information Officer, Sourcewell
- Jo-el Sprecher, Director of Patient Experience and Patient Safety, Mary Greeley Medical Center
The fourth LEAP cohort wrapped up a few weeks ago and PEN/WCPE are beginning to build Cohort 5 for a late summer launch. This webinar discussion will feature three participants in the recent cohort, sharing their insights on the program — lessons we all can use as leaders — but also a few nuggets from their LEAP capstone projects. Come explore techniques to improve your leadership and improve your organization’s performance from LEAP participants!
This session is Thursday, May 15 from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional speed networking and mingling 7:45-8:00), using Zoom MEETING. Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion. Free for PEN/WCPE/IQC members; $20 for non-members.
Can’t make it live but interested in the content? Register anyway: all registered attendees get a link to the recording after the session!
