Come to the breakfast workshop and walk away with simple techniques that are easy to implement and will make your meetings effective every time. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

- Set a meeting up for success
- Conduct a meeting that accomplishes the intended results

About Gayle Noakes
Throughout her career, Gayle has facilitated and coached individuals and groups in creating the future and effectively using implementation strategies. She has coached individuals in leadership and engaging their people. Gayle has provided activity based training on a wide variety of topics including leadership, organizational change, team design and development, presentation skills, leading effective meetings, improvement processes, training design, etc.
Gayle has worked in a variety of industries and roles over her 35 year career. She spent 14 years as the Chief Learning Officer and a Principal for LarsonAllen/CliftonLarsonAllen, a national accounting and consulting firm. Gayle spent 18 years in several manufacturing companies, working in training, facilitation, continuous improvement and quality.
Gayle holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development and a Certificate in Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College, Northfield, Minnesota.
Gayle also spent time in leadership roles with professional organizations including serving as President of Minneapolis City of Lakes Rotary Club, the American Society for Training & Development – Twin Cities Chapter and the American Society for Quality Control – Southern Minnesota. For the last 9 years, she has led the District 5950 Rotary Visioning Team that serves the District’s 62 Rotary clubs by facilitating individual clubs to create their 5 year vision and set a plan to accomplish their first year’s goals.
