How many hours have you spent in meetings that go nowhere?  What if YOU are the person who everyone says “I like going to their meetings – we actually accomplish something!”

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host a viewing of a previous Twin Cities PEN breakfast, featuring  Gayle Noakes, Gayle Noakes Consulting LLC — February 21 at the Boat House in Duluth: “Lead Meetings People WANT to Attend.”  We will view the video, then discuss best practices and application to your own organizations and teams!

Walk away with simple techniques that are easy to implement and will make your meetings effective every time.  At the end of the discussion, you will be able to:

  • Decide if you should have a meeting
  • Set a meeting up for success
  • Conduct a meeting that accomplishes the intended results

The discussion will be at the Boat House in Duluth.  Continental breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 7:30 with the video presentation and discussion from 7:30 to 8:30 am. No cost for members; $20 for non-members. To register, contact Brian Lassiter at [email protected].
