NOTE DATE CHANGE: FIRST THURSDAY IN MARCH!
Join Brian Lassiter, president of the Performance Excellence Network, and three key stakeholders – a member/customer, a volunteer Evaluator, and a board member – as we explore the resources available to you, your organization, your career, and your community at our March 6 SE Minnesota PEN: “From Good to Great: How the Performance Excellence Network Can Help Your Organization, Your Career Improve.”

This highly interactive discussion will (re)introduce PEN, will provide a simulation of an organizational assessment (so you can experience the power of the performance excellence framework), will offer brief vignettes and a panel from other PEN stakeholders, and will offer a simulated roundtable (small group discussions, built in the spirit of sharing best practices across other PEN members).

The Performance Excellence Network, formerly the MN Council for Quality, represents a large and vibrant Network of nearly 300 members, representing about 150,000 leaders, professionals, consultants, and sole proprietors in Minnesota, the Dakotas, and the Upper Midwest. But many of our members – and certainly most non-members – don’t have a thorough understanding of the power of our services, our resources, and our Network. So we are offering a unique chance to explore the value of PEN (including the Baldrige framework for those interested, or at least curious) at our next Performance Excellence Network knowledge forum. And there is NO CHARGE for members AND non-members for this month’s discussion!

The session is March 6 from 7:30-9:00 RCTC, room CF 206/208. Admission to PEN is FREE for everyone March 6!!
