Ready to unplug from your current career or job? Uncertain what’s next? Then travel with us to look inside yourself and be the driver of your destiny. Let the adventure begin!

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host a special online series this August and September: “Jumpstart Your Transition.”  This unique offering will include six 90-minute group coaching sessions to help you explore your next career move, either inside or outside your current organization.  Sessions will be in August & September and are flexible (they will be determined by the cohort itself).  Facilitators are Develop Good to Great & Morgan McGuire Leadership LLC.

Your life is your journey, your choice. Create your own roadmap with our unique approach to help you jumpstart the transition while you are in search mode. In this unique series, expect:

  • Interactive personal adventure, driven by you
  • Group coaching experience — six 90-minute sessions with assessments, experiential learning, and optional one-on-one coaching
  • Deep dive into yourself to find answers that are within you. We’ll help you make them visible so you can take action.

Sessions will focus on exploring your own purpose, vision, and core values; on getting clarity on your desired direction; on seeking work/life balance; on identifying and activating relationship networks that best support your transition; on setting goals and creating a plan; on staying flexible and shifting as needed; and many, many more drivers of success!

Dates and times for six sessions to be determined by cohort itself — so are flexible! Register by June 30 and your investment is $475 for PEN members (just $79/session!); investment after June 30 is $550 for members; non-members $625.

Ready to explore what’s next for you and your career!  Start the journey today!

You’ve given me the opportunity of a lifetime. Thank you for showing me how to look inside of myself for the keys to my future. Often, we have what it takes to succeed. Yet it takes an outside resource to show us what we can do. Thank you for being that resource.” — David M.
