The Performance Excellence Network – in partnership with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence and the Iowa Quality Center and in cooperation with the Greater Rochester NY Quality Council – is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, June 12: “Jumpstart Your Career Transition.”  The discussion will be facilitated by  Monica Munson of Develop Good to Great & Deb Peters of Morgan McGuire Leadership LLC.

This discussion will explore career transitions from two perspectives:

• For those currently in (or anticipating) a job/career transition, the discussion will explore your personal purpose, vision, and core values as well as the elements of a solid career transition plan
• For leaders who expect to have new team members transition into (or team members transition out of) your team, the discussion will explore the elements of a good career development and succession plan

With staffing and talent issues continuing to linger — and with the job market in a growing state of uncertainty — this discussion will be useful for any professional in any role within any size or type organization, whether you are making a transition now or at any point in the future.  And we will all will at some point, either within the same organization to a different team/role, between organizations, or out of the work world into retirement.  Come explore the best practices in making a more seamless, more effective transition!
