The presentation will focus on Winona Health’s ten year journey of performance improvement activities which recently culminated in the Performance Excellence Network’s highest recognition —Excellence. Winona Health’s performance excellence journey is paved with OFI’s (opportunities for improvement) which continues to drive our continuous system improvement (CSI) efforts. We will cover our strategic planning process, employee and provider engagement, leadership and training as well as comparisons to our lean management system and the Baldrige criteria.
