We are ALL in sales in this post-advertising world we live in, and the old saying that “nothing happens until someone sells something” is really very true. Whether you’re customer-facing or not: leaders and professionals are selling all the time — and there are ways to be more effective in making your case.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host Rob Stenberg, John Maxwell speaker, trainer and coach as well as a Mike Bosworth Story Seeker Affiliate and Instructor, to our May 16 TPPEN breakfast discussion: “How to Behave So Your Buyer Will Too: Tips for Selling in ANY Role!”
This presentation is for the sales person in all of us. If you are in direct sales, you know the meaning of this statement. But, what if you are a manager? Do you sell? Absolutely! You need to sell those that report to you want to influence them on taking certain approaches that will benefit them and the company. What about as a CEO? Do you sell? Yes! If you want to provide the employees of your company with a strategic plan, and want their buy-in, you will need to influence them, or sell them, on that direction.
In this presentation we will discuss just a few behaviors that we can learn to better influence those around us, and we’ll also explore the power of storytelling to effectively communicate a message.
The discussion will be hosted by Essentia Health in Duluth (details after registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 7:30 with the discussion from 7:30 to 8:30 am. No cost for members; $20 for non-members.
