No sector is changing as rapidly as healthcare.  And those changes are encouraging innovation and model changes to improve care, increase productivity, and reduce costs.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome  Maureen Ideker RN, BSN, MBA and Essentia Health’s telehealth leader and one of the Midwest’s pioneers in telemedicine, to our Sept 19 TPPEN breakfast discussion: “How Telehealth Is Improving Access, Care, and Performance.”

Maureen will provide a broad overview of Essentia’s current programs, equipment and processes used to establish telehealth services and how Essentia used Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement tools to transform the business model.  She’s share how current and future programs are envisioned to improve outcomes, productivity, and efficiency.

The discussion will be hosted by Essentia (details after registration).   Continental breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 7:30 with the discussion from 7:30 to 8:30 am. No cost for members; $20 for non-members.
