This will be a facilitated discussion that will address the following questions:

- Your role?
- Training?
- Instructional design?
- E-Learning development?
- Performance support?
- How does a Performance Support mindset differ from an Instructional Design or Training mindset?
- How might it affect your approach to performance problems in the workplace?
- How might it affect the kinds of opportunities that might open up to you?
Participants will be able to discover ways to open up more opportunities to focus on human performance in the workplace rather than simply in the classroom.
