Excellence doesn’t happen overnight — it requires flexibility, adaptability, and agility but also constancy of purpose.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Julie Harrington, Director of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety at Olmsted Medical Center, to our Sept 10 Rochester breakfast featuring a discussion on: “From Good to Great: A Journey.”
This session will cover the performance excellence journey that Olmsted Medical Center started in 2015. The journey and focus has adjusted and evolved over the years as the organization has expanded to meet patient needs in more communities, different healthcare service needs and rising expectations from patients and staff.
The discussion is at Woodlake Meeting Center. Continental breakfast will be served from 7:15 to 7:45 with announcements at 7:45 and the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am. No cost for members; $30 for non-members.
