What do exceptional teams know that others don’t?  They know how to make their health a priority. Healthy teams know how difficult and rewarding it is to achieve and maintain a foundation of trust. They also know that it requires a diligence that is well-worth paying attention to – because by doing so, they create their own competitive advantage in a world where launching the latest product or technology still does not edge out the power of teamwork.  Can your team stand-up to the health-check challenge?

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Tammy Krings, founder and owner of The Conversations That Matter (a leadership and team development firm in the Twin Cities), to the May 5 Performance Improvement Breakfast discussion:  “Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team:  The Proven Way to Accelerate and Excel!”

Tammy will facilitate a discussion where we bring our own work experiences to an organizational “health-check” using the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Model, a framework that has helped teams world-wide build a dynamic, healthy culture.  Based on the original work of Patrick Lencioni, the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team provides a rich, facilitated process that allows the team to establish their unique advantages.  Because when it comes to accelerating teams – those with trust always outpace those who doubt.

The discussion is May 5 at Minneapolis Community and Technical College, downtown Minneapolis, in room L3000 (details provided after registration).  Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am. To register, contact Brian Lassiter at [email protected].

Livestreaming and video-on-demand are now also available ($20 member, $40 non-member; free for Premium/Sponsoring Members).  Please contact [email protected] for more information and for the link to register.
