Organizations that focus on innovation — making meaningful, breakthrough change that creates new value for customers — outperform their peers. But innovation requires a systematic approach with proven tools. Design thinking is one such approach.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Justin Gilbert, Supply Chain Engineer at Master Black Belt at IBM, to our March 5 (note a Monday) Rochester PEN breakfast discussion: “Explore IBM Design Thinking.”
Justin will introduce you to Design Thinking and engage attendees in a Design Thinking exercise. Design Thinking is a collaborative and inclusive way for cross-disciplinary teams to address complex problems with human focus. With a lively and interactive session, you can also help us rethink what PEN can do for you!
The discussion is at Woodlake Meeting Center, Rochester MN (details provided after registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:15 to 7:45 with announcements at 7:45 and the presentation from 8:00 to 9:30 am. No cost for members; $30 for non-members.
Livestreaming (free) and video-on-demand ($20 for members) are now also available (discounted annual subscriptions are available and Premium/Sponsoring Members are free).
