The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Irina Fursman of Hue Life to our September 11 Rochester PEN breakfast discussion: “Engagement Tools for Strategy Conversations.”

This session will introduce  you to a participatory framework that  is designed to engage key stakeholders, decision makers and subject matter experts in your organization in the process of strategy formation, planning, and execution.  Irina will introduce the framework and share insights and lessons from the field.

The discussion will be hosted in partnership with RCTC Heinz Center, Rochester MN (details provided after registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:15 to 7:45 with announcements at 7:45 and the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am.  No cost for members; $30 for non-members.
