The benefits of a highly engaged workforce will generate life-long customers, build innovation, and promote organizational excellence.  To achieve and sustain high levels of engagement in your organization, it requires effective, adaptable, and result-driven processes.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Phil Zeccardi, an Improvement Consultant for Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, to our August 12th St. Paul breakfast discussion: ”Employee Engagement: Results Driven Processes that Really Work.”

In this session, you’ll learn how to build effective tools and techniques to determine what really drives employee engagement in your organization, which initiatives are most effective, and how to implement an effective employee engagement strategy that is focused on increasing organizational performance.

Phil, who specializes in Lean Six Sigma and other improvement principals, such as the Baldrige Framework for Excellence, uses these tools to help improve outcomes for patients, their families, and the organization of Children’s Hospitals and Clinics.  Phil is a long time PEN supporter in the South East region through his role as a Human Resource and Organizational Effectiveness professional with Cardinal of Minnesota, where he helped champion the use of the Baldrige Framework, leading to the organization’s receipt of the state’s top Baldrige-based award in 2014.

The discussion is at St. Paul College in room L4310.  Directions will be provided in the email confirmation.  Networking is from 7:30 to 8:00 with the discussion from 8:00 to 9:00.  No cost for members; $30 for non-members.

The session will also be offered livestream to all PEN members (as well as video on demand after the event).

To register, please contact [email protected] and indicate if you’ll be attending in person or if you’re viewing livestream remotely.
