What is new with continuous improvement? What trends are emerging in performance excellence? What are organizations doing locally, regionally, and nationally to advance performance excellence?
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to announce our next breakfast discussion: “Emerging Trends in Performance Excellence: SE Minnesota PEN Annual Meeting” on Tuesday, January 13 (note second Thursday) at Kahler Grand Hotel, Centennial Hall. The discussion will be facilitated by Brian Lassiter, president of the Performance Excellence Network and the chair of the Alliance for Performance Excellence, the national network of state quality programs. The session is from 8:00 to 9:00 (networking 7:30 to 8:00). No cost for members; $30.00 for non-members.
Brian will provide an overview of the strategic direction that performance excellence is taking in 2015 – locally, regionally, and nationally. He will provide a unique insider’s view of national and state initiatives that impact continuous improvement efforts, as well as best practices to improve operations, provide more effective leadership, and improve organizational outcomes.
In addition, Justin Gilbert, chair of PEN’s Southeast Advisory Board, will share feedback from a recent member survey and will explore key regional performance excellence priorities in 2015. He will engage the audience to drive performance excellence locally in 2015 and beyond.
