Strategic Planning and Deployment can be found in many forms throughout the world.  Regardless of what specific process you use, the universal major steps of this process can be categorized as Prepare, Prioritize, and Sustain.  Each of these steps must be systematic and requires commitment, support, and governance.  Coaches, business leaders, and process coaches all play critical roles to ensure proper deployment, learning, and integration.  To maximize results the plan should be cascaded from the highest level of the organization to individual employee annual objectives (priorities).
