Founded in 1935, Visit Duluth is the city’s convention and visitor’s bureau. The organization is dedicated to promoting the area as one of America’s great vacation and meeting destinations while providing comprehensive, unbiased information to all travelers. And Visit Duluth has recently been focusing on improving service and focusing on its various customers.
The Performance Excellence Network, Twin Ports region, would like to welcome Anna Tanski, President & CEO of Visit Duluth, to our next breakfast October 22: “Customer Focus at Visit Duluth.”
Anna will share how Visit Duluth has improved its customer service, its marketing, and its overall focus on the customer. The session is Oct 22 from 7:30-8:30 (networking/breakfast 7:00-7:30) at a location TBD in Duluth. No cost for members; $20 for non-members.
